1. Old post pavilion office at 1100 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington DC. GSA project control #GS11P06ZGC0166, description: Interior renovation (4 bathrooms, carpeting, tile, drywall, painting, railing, plumbing, electrical etc.) Exterior (replace all concrete sidewalk on 12th. Street , granite curb, concrete aprons, repair and replace concrete pavers on long driveway and others) completed 4/2011.
2. Naval surface warfare center at 9500 MC Arthur Blvd. Carderock MD. buildings # 15, 112, 5 and 7 project #N40080-11-R-1811, description: exterior (concrete ramp, slabs, steps, demolition) interior work( framing, drywall, insulation, tile, ceiling, HVAC work, concrete slabs and others) some works was completed in 11/2010 and 8/2011
3. Bethesda Naval Hospital at 8901 Wisconsin Ave. building 70A, and the fisher house, Bethesda MD. Project description: exterior (build 2 canopies,concrete/stone walkway and patio, water proofing foundation walls) interior renovation (4 bathrooms plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, painting) completed in 6/2009.
